The Show Has To Go On....

How many a times have we felt this way? Down in the dumps...All Alone on the Western Front!!! Lol..that's a movie as well as a book... We excel in what we like doing the best. Then why go down in the dumps? We forget what is "what we like doing the best"...."my comfort zone"...

When you are a stranger, you find yourself doing good. The humour in you is at it its best then. The rythm falls into place after some time. And then we find similarity with things here. We associate an individual with someone from our past. We even start making a first impression of each individual we interact with with someone whom we already know hitherto. Are there no more surprises? My comfort zone...

And one fine day you hit earth, smack in the face, sweet smelling pungent earth. The ever confident callous mask is penetrated... a whimpering child nonetheless. You forget that there is no one to pat you on the back. You clearly forget that there were worse days before this. You even forget what good days were like. It's then only you and your reasoning. Nothing else matters. The mind is immune to accept logic. You dwell down deep into yourself, tweaking your thoughts, everybody and everything except for you looks great!!!

My comfort zone? What's that!!! Neverthless, you pick yourself up, a stranger again, with a whole new holistic set of ideas to face the world. In the process, your ingrained instinct to trust yourself has aggraded marginally.

You pick your luggage and move on. My comfort zone, I'm back. A stranger............ rhetorically :-)
